Generation runs on our self-hosted servers. We use no third-party AI generation providers, no facial recognition or biometric identification, and no user information for AI training.
A 36-hour maximum
All creation information is removed within 36 hours from the start of upload, or prompt submission without an upload. Inputs, outputs, task details, metadata, associations and copies share the same deadline across our systems and processors.
Two ways to request deletion
Use Personal Settings or email support. Necessary independent purchase, support or security records may follow separate rules, without preserving creation information past its deadline.

Where can I get Bliss Way?
Bliss Way is not yet available on Google Play. We will add the official download link here when the Android app is released. The website introduces its planned features and policies.
What can I make?
Explore three tools: turn an image into a video, start with a video template, or create an AI image. You can describe an image you want to create; video creation starts from an image or template.
Do diamonds expire? Is there a subscription?
Purchased diamonds do not expire. Packs are one-time purchases available to all users; there is no subscription. The app displays the applicable price, included diamonds and any relevant conditions before you confirm payment.

Check the requirement shown for the selected feature in the app before proceeding. A pack's diamond total is not a promise of a fixed number of images or videos.
Do I need to sign up?
No registration or login is required. App-user and installation records still help provide the service and recognize relevant purchase benefits. You can request deletion in Personal Settings or by email.

Yes. Open the creation's detail page and use the in-app report option. You can also contact support@blissway.org. Describe the issue and include an available reference, without forwarding illegal or unnecessary private material.
