What a request contains and its 36-hour deadline
We use creation information to mean everything associated with a request. It includes prompts, input and output images or videos, generation settings, template choices, task identifiers, status, timestamps, other metadata and associations. Derived files, previews, thumbnails, links and all copies are included. The definition is not limited to the finished result.
This information is processed to fulfill your creative request and make the result available. Android's system Photo Picker lets you choose the photos to provide. Choosing a photo does not authorize access to the rest of your library. Make sure you have permission to use the material, including any necessary permission for someone's likeness.
A photo or prompt can reveal personal, confidential or sensitive information. Do not include private documents or unnecessary details merely to describe a creative idea. Review the result before using or sharing it, including any unexpected information and the interests of people whose material or likeness it contains.
The maximum period for all information belonging to a creation is 36 hours. The clock begins when the input upload starts, or when the prompt is submitted if no upload is involved. Generated results and all copies share that deadline. Finishing generation, attaching information to a message or moving a copy to another system does not begin a new period.
Deletion covers the entire creation record throughout systems we control and processors acting for us. This includes inputs, outputs, prompts, settings, task records, metadata, associations and copies in databases, logs, support or report attachments, caches and backups. It is not restricted to media files or one generation environment.
Separate user, purchase, accounting, support, security or installation-attribution records may have independent retention purposes. We remove any creation content, metadata or links from those records by the creation's deadline. Keeping a necessary payment or security record is not a way to preserve the creative work or an association back to it.
Purchased diamonds do not expire, but they do not provide permanent storage for creative work. Download results you wish to keep while available. A file exported to your device or shared outside our controlled systems is a separate copy; our deletion does not remove that file from your storage or another person's service.

Self-hosted processing, never model training
Bliss Way's generation infrastructure is self-hosted and operated by us. We do not send creative inputs or outputs to outside AI generation providers. Self-hosted describes the server environment we operate; it does not mean a request is processed entirely on your phone or remains offline.
We do not perform facial recognition, extract biometric identifiers or build profiles that identify people from faces. Visual processing used to generate media is not used for that purpose. A face in a photograph can still be personal information, and the full creation-data protections and deadline apply to it.
Google Play, website-delivery and communication providers have operational roles separate from generation. Adjust is used only to identify installation sources through necessary technical information. We do not send Adjust creation information, support content or purchase events. These operational functions do not delegate a creative request to a third-party AI model.
We do not use any user information to train AI models. This applies to prompts, inputs, results, settings, task information and other creation metadata, and also to app, purchase, support and other records connected to use of Bliss Way. The commitment is broader than uploaded images and generated videos.
Submitting a request gives us a limited permission to process it, deliver the result and address relevant service, support or safety needs. That permission does not authorize a training collection, unrelated publication of private content or sharing creative inputs and outputs with an outside AI generation service.
You retain existing rights in your source material. The rights available in an AI result depend on the law and any relevant licensed component. The Terms of Service explain content permissions, template conditions and the need to review a result before publishing or relying on it.

Reports and data requests
There is no Bliss Way registration or login. To remove its app user record and related information, use Personal Settings or email support@blissway.org. Email is available even if you cannot use the app. An available app or generation reference may help us locate information without collecting unnecessary private material. The routine creation deadline applies without a deletion request.
A concerning result can be reported using the option on its creation detail page. You can submit that report without leaving Bliss Way. Support email is another route when the app is inaccessible or you need to explain further. Describe the issue and provide an available reference; do not forward illegal content or unnecessary copies of personal material.
PAKFRANCO EXPORTS ( SMC-PRIVATE ) LIMITED is responsible for this processing for Bliss Way: AI Video Generator. The Privacy Policy explains other data, purposes, disclosures, safeguards, retention and your rights. Reporting a result or contacting support does not extend the deadline for keeping its content, metadata, associations or copies.
